Ahmad Tea Ceylon Tea

Ceylon tea originates from Sri Lanka (the former colonial name " Ceylon "), a hilly island renowned for its diverse tea regions. Ahmad Tea Masters blends teas from various areas. ‘Low-grown’ teas, harvested from sunny gardens below 600 meters (m) in altitude, contribute color and strength. We balance these with medium-grown tea sourced from gardens between 600 and 1,200m high, where cooler climates produce lighter teas that lend the blend a lively, citrusy edge. Their Ceylon Tea has a deep golden hue, fresh aroma, and zesty flavors when brewed. This versatile tea can be enjoyed served with a slice of lemon for a refreshing cuppa or brewed strong and softened with a splash of milk. Our Ceylon also makes an excellent iced tea when steeped with lemon and sugar and diluted with iced water, perfect for hot summer days.
