Product Overview
Caykur Rize Turist Black Tea — Authentic Turkish Loose-Leaf Tea (500 g / 1000 g)
Experience the deep aroma and full-bodied flavor of Caykur Rize Turist Black Tea, grown on the lush hillsides of Turkey’s Black Sea coast. Crafted by Caykur, Turkey’s leading tea producer, this classic loose-leaf delivers a rich, balanced cup whether you prefer a light brew or a dark “demli” infusion. Available in 500 g and 1000 g (1 kg) packs.
Why you’ll love it
- Authentic Turkish black tea from Rize — bold taste, deep color, aromatic finish.
- Loose-leaf quality for maximum flavor extraction and a fuller cup.
- Pure & simple — no additives or preservatives.
- Two convenient sizes (500 g / 1000 g) for daily use or family gatherings.
- Made in Turkey by Caykur.
How to brew (traditional Cay)
- Use fresh, soft water. Avoid very hard/mineral-heavy water.
- Add ~1 Tbsp tea per cup to the upper pot of a çaydanlık (or a porcelain teapot).
- Pour hot water over leaves; steep 10–15 minutes.
- Serve strong (demli) or dilute with hot water for a lighter (açık) cup.
